Professional Experience
Mr. Montel devotes his practice primarily to general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and corporate finance. His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters, including platting, loan and finance transactions, zoning and environmental permitting. Mr. Montel has particular in depth understanding of non-disclosure agreements and covenants not to compete.
